Below is a breakdown of the Terms of Service ("Terms") you must agree to use the Akiyama's Atelier ("we", "us", "our") website(s) and/or other services (collectively: "Service", or "Services") we provide.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page can be checked to see if changes have been made.

§ WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES

You are free to use our services so long as:

• you are at least 13 years of age and over the minimum age required by the local laws of your country of residence to use the Services;
• the use of our service or third-party services they may rely on is not in violation of local laws within your country of residence;
• you (a) are over 13 years of age and meet the minimum age required by your local laws to enter into a binding agreement (b) have your parental guardian review these terms and have them agree to enter the contract on your behalf; and
• you have not been previously banned, removed, or otherwise denied access from the Services.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another legal entity, including a business or government entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

§ PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, use, and share information about you when you access or use our Services. By continuing to use the Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

§ ACCEPTABLE USE

The following restrictions apply to the usage of our services. You are not allowed to:

• access, reproduce, download, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise use any part of the the Service except: (a) as specifically permitted by the Service; (b) with prior written permission from us and, if applicable, relevant rights holders to the content in question; or (c) as permitted by applicable law;
• circumvent, disable, fraudulently engage, or otherwise interfere with the Service;
• use the Services to host content or in a way that would violate UK law, your country of residence's local laws or internation laws;
• access our services using any automated means except: (a) in the case of public search engines, in accordance with our robots.txt file; (b) as allowed by the specific Service; (c) with prior written permission from us; or (d) as permitted by applicable law;
• upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Services any malicious code, or software intended to interfere with the Services and/or its users;
• violate applicable law or infringe any person's or entity's intellectual property rights or any other proprietary rights;
• interact with the Service in any way (automated or otherwise) which aims to disable, disrupt, overburden, or otherwise impair the Services;
• bypass (or attempt to) restrictions placed on our Services, such as age restrictions; rate limits; cooldowns or any other restrictions;
• where applicable, break or otherwise violate the terms of service enforced by third-party platforms our services may rely on run on (such as Discord, YouTube, Twitch, etc.);
• use the Services to create or distribute content that may be considered offensive, including but not limited to: pornography, racism, sexism, bigory, homophobia, transphobia; or
• use the Services in any way that we deem to be abusive.

Failure to abide by these restrictions may result any applicable content being removed as well as your access to some or all of the Services being restricted temporarily or permanently.

§ YOUR CONTENT

By uploading or otherwise allowing us to use any content you provide, you give us a license to use said content within the scope of our Services.
All content provided by you remains your content. You are free to remove content you provided at any time without prior notice.
Any content that is in violation of the ACCEPTABLE USE section or otherwise deemed unacceptable by us may be subject to removal without notice, along with restrictions to your access where applicable.
If you believe content is in violation of these Terms or your copyright, please contact us at ku.oc.norua@reepi with proof, and allow up to 30 business days for a response. If content is deemed in violation, it will be removed within no more than 7 business days.

§ LIABILITY

Any information displayed within our Services is provided as-is and we make no guarantees on its legitimacy or safety. You as the user are solely responsible for any losses, damages or other repercussions that may arise from using or otherwise interacting with our Services. Information displayed on external websites or services that you may come across while using our Services is wholly the responsibility of that specific website or service as detailed in their own Terms.
