Allied, Imperial, Federal and Independent Powers have deployed fleets to undermine, contest and fortify the enclave surrounding HIP 87621 following the discovery of Radicoida unica, a unique flora with promising bio-chemical properties.
Rival powers are clashing in open combat across the region. The Empire cannot allow any rival entity to establish control. It compels all agents of Imperial Powers to travel to HIP 87621 and engage in Powerplay activities which aid their Power. Success must be achieved at all costs.
Pilots may participate in this initiative by first signing up at the Sapphire Lance megaship in the HIP 88965 system, then reinforcing or undermining systems in the enclave surrounding HIP 87621. Only systems occupied by non Imperial aligned powers are valid targets for this initiative. Power Conflict Zones are available for combat pilots in marked systems.
Pilots must be pledged to a power in order to register contribution to this initiative.
Pilots who register at least 1 contribution will receive:
- 1x Pre-engineered, Fixed-mount, Class 2 Rapid Fire Multicannons with increased damage and phasing sequence
- Credits, depending on success tier achieved and individual contribution level.
Pilots in the top 75% and above will receive:
- Additional 1x Pre-engineered Multicannon
- 20,000 Merits if this initiative has the highest contribution, 10,000 merits otherwise
The campaign begins on the 27th of November 3311 and will run for two weeks. It is anticipated that the battle for control of HIP 87621's 49-system enclave will continue long after this initiative.
